If you are looking for a 911 to use as a sporty daily driver, then the Carrera GTS may just be the best choice. More sporty than a Carrera S, but not too hardcore and therefore still perfectly suitable for daily use. This beautiful Carmine red example has a verifiable 18,600 km on the odometer and comes with a Porsche Approved warranty.
As the ultimate version of the 991 Carrera range, the GTS is the perfect athletic daily driver. The GTS model has all the options that make the Carrera extra aggressive, with looks to match. No conspicuous spoilers or air intakes, but it is nicely sporting with thicker bumpers, black accents and centre-lock rims.
The colour Carmine Red fits in perfectly. It is not without reason that Porsche always chooses this colour as the introduction colour for its GTS models. This example is equipped with Sport Seats Plus, the BOSE Surround Sound System and a lift function for the front axle, among other things. This is in addition to all the extras that a GTS comes with as standard, such as the Sport Chrono package, a sports exhaust, active dampers and dynamic engine mounts.
This example is a 991 Carrera GTS Cabriolet Mk2, which means that with the top down you can enjoy 450 hp and 550 Nm of torque distributed over the four wheels. This puts this 991 Carrera GTS on the level of a 997 Turbo, with an acceleration of 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. This is partly due to the fact that this Carrera 4 is equipped with four-wheel drive, PDK and Launch Control.
This 911 comes from the first private owner. He bought the car from Porsche Centre Recklinghausen. There is a verifiable 18,600 km on the clock and the Porsche still has ( extendable ) Porsche Approved warranty until April 2023. In short: a attractively executed and very complete 991, with low mileage.
Our opinion
What a colour. And a GTS too, the sweet spot of the 911 range. These are the colours that people often don't dare to order when new, but are most sought after in the future. Moreover, carmine is striking, but not flashy. Perfect for a GTS Cabriolet or GT3 Touring.
This one is practically new, an ex-Porsche work car (so packed with all the options) and comes with an (extendable) Porsche Approved warranty. It will be hard to choose this summer...

About the seller
The owner has a passion for convertibles and after owning several convertibles (including a Boxster) he found this beautiful Carrera GTS Cabriolet. Since he already has a BMW X5 M for daily use, he uses the Porsche mainly for the A to A trips. In other words, enjoying the sun and the boxer engine on sunny weekend days. But now it starts to itch again. A Ferrari is a must at some time in life. He is considering a Roma or Portofino. But first the GTS may go to a new enthusiast.
