Within the BMW range, the BMW M2 is the absolute fun car. And the CS ('Competion Sport') is the ultimate version of this Collectable with 450 hp and all possible extras from BMW's M-division. This specific example also has the optional carbon-ceramic brakes. It is a Dutch delivered car from the first owner with (of course demonstrable) only 25,400 km on the clock and BMW factory warranty.
It used to be simple. You had BMW, and you had the M models. The E30 M3, M1, E39 M5 and so on. Each and everyone of them icons. In recent years, a 'standard' M became a bit too ordinary for some. But BMW is now completely back with the CS versions of its M models. The current M5 CS won almost all comparison tests in 2021 and in 2020 the M2 CS did the same. For example, the M2 CS was rewarded with the EVO Car of the Year title. With that, the M2 defeated animals like the 911 Turbo S, Ferrari F8 Tributo and Audi R8. 'The most enjoyable and rewarding M car to drive for quite some time. Potentially, a future classic'.
A standard M2 is equipped with the N55 engine with 370 hp. Quite absurd for such a relatively compact car, but it's not an engine developed by BMW M. However, the S55 version is. This engine can be found in the M2 Competition and the M2 CS. In the Competition this engine is good for 410 hp and the CS takes it one step further with 450 hp. This puts the M2 CS on par with the M3 and M4 Competition. In terms of torque, you have nothing to complain about either, with 550 Nm. And all that in a pocket rocket.
Does the M2 CS offer more than just extra power? Of course. For example, the CS is equipped with the adaptive M chassis, which is normally not available on the M2. The CS also has the M Driver's Package as standard, with which the top speed is not limited to 250 km/h, but to 280 km/h.
Furthermore, the car is very well equipped with lightweight carbon fiber parts. The roof and hood, among other things, are made of CFRP. This not only benefits the center of gravity, but also the looks. The CS can also be recognized by the splitter, the spoiler, the air inlet in the hood and the special 19-inch rims.
This example is equipped with the DCT automatic transmission and with carbon-ceramic brakes. With that, this M2 is completely finished. The car is finished in Hockenheim Silber Metallic, a unique color that is exclusive to the CS.

Hi!
