It hardly gets more 1980s than this! Flap headlights, integrated air hood and air vents, a chin spoiler and a rear wing. This Starion, after 42 years, is completely authentic and in fine condition considering its
age and birth era and under known from the film ‘The Cannonball Run’.
An angular, retro-futuristic dashboard with lots of gauges, lights and buttons. Communicative steering with fine roadholding and well-detachable, but ABS-less, brakes make driving this ‘old-school’ coupé a party on the 14-inch balloon tyres!
The engine is a 2-litre four-cylinder with balance shafts, a turbo and 170 blown horsepower. It was one of the first turbocharged engines with electronic injection and it is the primal version of the 4G63, the famous block from the Lancer EVO!
