Expected - Jaguar XJ 12 Coupe

Those who remember the series ‘The Avengers’ will know that protagonist John Steed drove a souped-up Jaguar XJ12 Coupé. An imposing machine with a vinyl roof and a beautiful body line as standard. In 1975, Jaguar launched one of the most exclusive models in its history. Only 1873 examples of the two-door XJ12-C coupé were made until 1978.  Significantly fewer than the 6 cylinders of which 6505 were built. As already mentioned, the XJ-Cs have a vinyl roof, this had a special reason about which more later. Soon we may auction off this barnfind that immediately caught on after 10 years of idle time and runs on all 12 cylinders!
